Flight Segments

Validity Period
Yukon Advantage Traveller Air Pass travel must be completed within one (1) year from purchase date.
Number of Eligible Travellers
Eligible users - up to 2 individuals.
Purchaser's name must be confirmed at time of purchase. At any time following purchase, a maximum of two (2) travellers' names may be assigned. Once a name has been assigned to the Air Pass, it may be changed for a fee of $50.00 + GST per change.
Not available for purchase by government agencies or group travel (10 or more travellers).
Payment Options
A one-time pre-payment of $3,150 + GST is required.
Booking Flights
Bookings are permitted up to one (1) hour prior to departure time. All fares set out above are guaranteed under this program.§
Advance Seat Selection Options
Complimentary advance seat selection at time of booking in Yukoner Economy Class; based on availability at time of booking. This feature is currently only available by contacting Air North reservations.
Changes & Cancellations (date of travel, routing or name change, per person, on itinerary)
Change/Cancellation fee - $50 + GST
Changes are subject to availability
Same-day changes made by contacting reservations or at the airport are subject to availability
Bookings must be cancelled at least one (1) hour prior to scheduled departure time or flight credit will be forfeited.
Name changes for $50.00 + GST (per name change). Note: name(s) changes are not permitted if passenger(s) has a future booking in which they are scheduled to travel.
Extending Validity Period
This Air Pass may be extended for 3 months from date of expiration for a fee of $200 + GST. All unused flight credits remaining beyond the air pass extended expiration date will be forfeited.

No-show fee - 100%
Booking Pass Credits
One flight segment credit is required per one-way trip
Pass credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the eligible traveller
Pass credit bookings are subject to availability
Pass credits are available for booking immediately upon approved payment
Bookings for infants under 2 years of age not occupying a seat are complimentary
Pass credits can be used only on Air North, Yukon's Airline
Flights and routes may be seasonal and are subject to change without notice at any time; flights and routes might also operate on a limited frequency and are subject to government approval
The booking and use of flights are subject to all applicable rules, policies, terms and conditions of carriage; for instance, the offering of special services (e.g. unaccompanied minors, customers with special needs, travelling with an infant / child, travelling with a pet) are subject to applicable conditions and restrictions
The booking and use of flight credits are also subject to applicable laws including immigration requirements. It is the responsibility of the eligible traveller to carry all necessary travel documents and comply with all applicable immigration requirements.

The purchaser is responsible for advising Air North of any change in contact information (address, phone number and email address).

Validity Period
One year from date of purchase. May be extended by three months prior to expiry date for $200 + GST, permitting a maximum travel period of 15 months.
Number of Eligible Travellers
One student. Student name must be confirmed at the time of purchase and cannot be changed.
The student must be 15 years of age or older, and provide proof of enrollment at the time of purchase. An enrollment/acceptance letter from an educational institution is required as proof of enrollment, and must include classes or study during at least three months of the eligible travel period. The institution must be located outside the city, town or community where the student is a permanent resident.
Proof of enrollment must be provided to Air North at the time of purchase either by email (reservations@flyairnorth.com), fax (1.867.393.4601), or in person (at 150 Condor Road, Whitehorse, Yukon).
Payment
A pre-payment of $799 + GST is required. Student Flex Passes are non-refundable.

Changes & Cancellations (date of travel, routing or name change, per person, on itinerary)
One complimentary flight change per Student Flex Pass included. Thereafter, each change subject to $80 + GST fee.
Cancellation fee is applicable of $80 + GST.

Bookings must be cancelled at least two (2) hours prior to scheduled departure time or Air Pass segment(s) will be forfeit.
No-Show Fee
If a passenger does not show up for a flight upon which they’re booked, this will result in the loss of the full value of the air pass segment(s) used to book the flight.
Extending Validity Period
Student Flex Passes may be extended by three months prior to the expiry of the Flex Pass for a fee of $200 + GST. The Flex Pass will then be valid for a total of 15 months from the original purchase date.
